Stop Senate Bill 2066

Members of the Kansas Legislature are trying to force through the coal plant that Sec. Bremby denied the permit for.

The new Senate Bill HB 2066 was SB 515 until it amended and substituted into 2066. It will be the only bill of consideration in the Senate tomorrow, Wednesday. It is time for all concerned to call the state Senators and tell them to vote NO on HB 2066... NO NEW COAL PLANTS!
