VOTE NO on Bill 327 After it Leaves Conference Committee

TELL YOUR REP TO VOTE NO ON ENERGY BILL 327.

The KS energy bill (327) is now in conference committee where the House and Senate versions of the bill will be reconciled. A final vote will be taken before it is sent to Gov. Sebelius. BILL 327 GIVES THE GREEN LIGHT TO THE HOLCOMB COAL PLANT.

CALL YOUR REP AT HOME OR AT THE CAPITAL. TELL THEM TO VOTE NO ON 327.

WHAT MIGHT BE NEXT:
If Bill 327 passes, the Governor will Veto it. Our last stand will be to sustain the Governor's Veto. So, the next time you here from us on the Holcomb coal plant will be to SUSTAIN THE GOVERNOR'S VETO.
